Our Nanny Requirements
We focus on hiring nannies that feel like another member of the family. We trust our nannies to provide families with the comfort and confidence of knowing their children are in good hands
Minimum Requirements
All Nanny and You caregivers should:
Be at least 21 years old
Have 2 years of prior childcare experience (age dependent on job description)
Provide at least 2–3 professional childcare references
Pass a comprehensive background check
Complete an in-depth interview and screening process
Be legally eligible to work in the United States
Have a clean driving record and reliable transportation when required for the position.
Demonstrate strong communication and professionalism
Have a genuine interest in working with children and families
Preferred Qualifications
CPR and First Aid certification
Degree or coursework in education, child development, psychology, counseling, or a related field
Experience working as a nanny, babysitter, teacher, camp counselor, or childcare provider
Experience with specific age groups
Knowledge of child development
Experience with children with additional needs
