Meet Our Founder
Anastasia is the founder of Nanny and You and has always been passionate about working with children and supporting families. With a background in education, school counseling, and childcare, she understands that finding the right caregiver is about so much more than simply filling a position it’s about finding someone a family can truly trust.
Anastasia holds a Master’s degree in School Counseling from Boston University and has experience supporting children and adolescents in both educational and home settings. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with children, families, educators, and caregivers, helping to create environments where children feel supported, understood, and encouraged to grow.
Her experience as a nanny has also given her firsthand insight into the unique relationship between families and caregivers. She understands how important it is to find someone who not only has the right experience but also genuinely fits a family’s personality, values, and individual needs.
